Part of a Steading (barn) sympathetically converted in 2006, overlooking woods and fields from its own enclosed garden. The cottage is ideaI for exploring the Scottish Borders and Northumberland. One hour by car from Edinburgh, 35 mins from Lindisfarne and 45 mins from Bamburgh. If you'd like to leave the car at home and cycle to us it is 13 miles from the station at Berwick-upon-Tweed. Tucked away down a small lane, you can walk or cycle from the door or simply sit and watch the wildlife.

A unique 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom detached house that is located literally on the beach at the beautiful harbour town of Eyemouth. This is an ideal location to explore East Berwickshire, with Coldingham Bay and St. Abbs Head National Nature Reserve nearby. Edinburgh is one hour away, famous for its Castle and festivals.
