Serene Studio in Chisholm

Beautiful, light-filled Studio apartment with separate private entry, kitchenette, ensuite and deck area. The perfect place for a quiet, comfortable and peaceful stay. The Studio is located the end of a quiet cul-de-sac surrounded by leafy trees and mountain views; a perfect haven for rest and relaxation. Situated in Canberra's deep south with easy access to buses and local shops. The Studio is also near to the Monaro Highway, making an easy journey to the city or the snowfields.

This private self-contained unit occupies the entire top floor of a modern house in tree-lined Braddon with a stunning view of Mt Ainslie. It has a private keyless system, spacious living room, functional kitchen, balcony and is located near shops and public transport. The unit is fully insulated with a split ductless system to keep you cool in summer and warm in winter. It's a short walk to cafes, bars and restaurants on Lonsdale street, and another short walk to Canberra's CBD.

Private self contained garden flat showground/CBD

Our generous garden flat is positioned within walking distance of Queanbeyan town centre, and a 20 minute drive to Canberra CBD. Directly adjacent to the showground our very private, spacious, uncluttered, clean flat has 2 private courtyards in which to follow sun /shade and cook a BBQ. You should find all that you require, but we are in the front house should you need anything. We delight in offering this fantastic space and look forward to seeing you.

Kookaburra Cottage

Kookaburra Cottage is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the tranquil country outlook while being only minutes to Queanbeyan and Canberra. Fully self contained and separate from the main house, the cottage has everything you need for a getaway - a spacious bedroom with a king sized bed, a kitchen with the basics, a comfortable living area with a smart TV, wifi and air conditioning in both rooms to keep you warm or cool depending on the season.

Relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility of my studio separate from the main house. Studio is simply furnished with French doors, solid timber floors, full kitchen, bathroom and storage area. Central location easy walk to Griffith, Manuka and Kingston. Good transport to ANU, Russell and the Parlimentary Triangle. The studio is set to the rear of the property in lush cottage garden with an abundance of fruit, flowers and vegetables.

Modern pod in the heart of Woden

The modern pod is a standalone granny flat located on the back of our house, with seperate entrance through the garage door. Only a 5-minute drive to Westfield Woden, a short 5-minute walk to local shops and bus stops, 5 mins to Embassy area, 13-minute drive to city and 10 minutes to the Parliament area. For snow season, we are just 30 mins drive to Corin Forest snow resort, 2.30hour to Snowy Mountain.

Purpose built in a tranquil leafy suburb close to Canberra's CBD for guests seeking a unique property, privacy, and a custom bespoke fit out. StudioQ, designed down to the last detail for absolute comfort. Off street parking, kitchen, large bathroom, washing machine, leafy private deck, NBN (FTTC-Wifi). Great for longer stays. Free standing self check in option for potential quarantine/isolation.

Airy Single Level Unit in Woden Valley

Recently built light filled unit with Smart TV with Netflix and well equipped kitchen including DishDrawer dishwasher. All hours check in with key safe. Street facing front entrance and sliding doors at the rear which open onto a timber deck for your personal use. Short walk to Southlands Shopping Centre which includes great restaurants and Asian and Middle Eastern specialty food shops.

Light-filled garden studio

This cosy and minimalist studio is detached from our house in Downer, a suburb in the inner-north of Canberra. Designed by a local architect, the light-flooded space is a great base for trips to the nation’s capital.
