Un vecchio fienile completamente ristrutturato vi aspetta alle porte del parco nazionale delle dolomiti bellunesi. Tutti i mobili sono su misura fatti dal proprietario. La cucina ha 2 piastre a induzione, tavolino e stufa, pellet a carico dell'ospite. Bagno finestrato con wc, doccia idro e bidè. Sali una scala marinara e arrivi alla zona notte con letto matrimoniale+singolo. Tetto spiovente, altezza ridotta, sconsigliato a persone alte. Porta sci all'esterno. Sauna e doccia esterna a pagamento

Antico fienile (Tabià)

Abitazione unica in antico fienile dell'800 finemente ristrutturato. Grandi vetrate con vista mozzafiato, posizione unica completamente immersa nella natura e circondato a 360° dai massicci delle Dolomiti, patrimonio dell'Unesco. Abitazione di ampie dimensioni (mq 150) dal sapore antico in un contesto di rara bellezza. I tabià sono fienili storici tipici delle Dolomiti. Costituiti da un basamento in pietra, ove si trovavano le stalle, e sormontati dalla parte in legno ove si essicava il fieno.

Baita antica originale dell'800, ristrutturata negli anni '80 e poi ancora fino al 2015. Soluzione open space con vista fino al tetto dal grande confortevole soggiorno situato al primo piano, dalla stanza da pranzo e alcune camere da letto " sospese". Arredata su misura da architetti triestini, arricchita da oggetti d'arte e tradizionali della cultura della vallata. Paesaggio splendido con vista sulle Cime dell'Auta e sul Civetta. Das auf 1.250 Metern thront und von Almen und kleinen Waldinseln umgeben ist. Ganz zu schweigen vom grandiosen Ausblick auf die Dolomiten… . Und das Allerbeste daran ist, dass man sich auf der SchartnerAlm sowohl für einen Waldcamping-Urlaub als auch für einen Urlaub in einer der Alm Lodges entscheiden kann. Und auch wenn es ca. 15 km nach Bozen sind, ist die Anbindung mit Bahndl und Seilbahn großartig, die Dank Ritten Card inklusive sind, um die Stadt leicht und gemütlich zu erreichen.

Le travi originali in legno e i dettagli curati con rispetto per la storia raccontano il passato agricolo del luogo, trasformato oggi in un ambiente caldo e accogliente. La posizione è privilegiata: immerso nella quiete, ma a pochi minuti da Cortina d’Ampezzo e dai principali sentieri escursionistici e piste da sci.

Immersed in greenery and surrounded by the Dolomites, a UNESCO heritage site, an ancient Cadore house houses our little mountain jewel. Completely renovated in 2021 with walls covered in wood recovered from old 19th century barns, our two bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom, are embellished with fine fabrics and accessories. We really hope that our house will make you live the dream of the mountains, as it does for us every time we have the opportunity to stay here!
