This centrally located home is perfect for a weekend getaway, a small group retreat, a place to stay while visiting family, or a longer stay for business or house hunting. 3 minutes to Biltmore Park, 15 minutes to The Biltmore House, 15 minutes to all downtown has to offer, 10 minutes to the Airport, 10 minutes to mountain biking, hiking, tubing, climbing, breweries, and more.

Charming, Early 1900's Cottage

This beautiful and charming cottage sits at the foot of our 16-acre pasture and is quintessential to everything Asheville and the surrounding area have to offer. The cottage is close to everything, yet gives the feel of being away from it all. Built in the early 1900's, this house maintains it's history along with modern upgrades. The house over looks a pasture with cattle, where you can find deer grazing and turkey's passing by. To the left of the house is a pond that we do allow fishing on.

From the drive you will see stone pillars surrounding the wrap around front porch. Inside, this adorable cottage is a 1 bedroom, completely updated 1 bath, a spacious eat-in kitchen & living room. The living room has a comfy couch with chaise and a 49" HDTV. The bedroom is spacious w/ a comfy king sized bed. The covered wrap around front porch has an outside dining set to relax with a drink after a day of sightseeing complete wit 2 comfy chairs to lounge with coffee or a glass of wine.

Asheville Tiny House w/French Broad River Access

Stay on a 35-acre organic farm with access to the French Broad River. Our spacious tiny is directly across the river from Sierra Nevada Brewing and within 15 minutes of the NC Arboretum, the Asheville Outlets, hiking, biking, and fine dining. The Riverview Tiny boasts big views from the living room and downstairs bedroom. The loft is great for kids. Relax on the front porch with uninterrupted farm views. 15 minutes to the Asheville Airport and 30 minutes to the Biltmore Estate.

The Guesthouse at Deer Crossing

Our home is a custom built unique farm house which used materials off the property for much of its structure. We call it our “ barn house.” It is located down a private drive surrounded by beautiful horses and other animals. We are close to I-26 and the airport. Restaurants and theaters are 5 minutes away. **Due to the beginning of a housing construction project in the acreage behind us, there could be possible noise from Monday thru Friday. Be aware of this before you book.

Cozy up in our newly renovated 1940’s creek side cabin. The back yard over looks Pisgah National Forest! Hike from the neighborhood trail into Pisgah, or drive 4 miles to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Take a hot bath in our outdoor clawfoot tub and enjoy the sounds of the rushing creek. Try out the sauna and cold plunge in the creek! Just a 25 minute easy drive to Asheville. Blue Ridge Parkway Treehouse

This one of a kind tree top guest house is located adjacent to the Blue Ride Parkway where you can bike or hike from the back door and into Bent Creek and Mills River. It sits above the French Broad River where you can easily access the river to paddle, SUP, or fish. Perfect for 2-3 people who love the outdoors yet want to be close to the Asheville area. This property is 10 minutes to downtown and is also pet friendly.
