One bedroom apartment, situated in Aviemore in the Cairngorms National Park. Additional sleeping arrangements for more than 2 guests or guests wanting separate rooms: Summer house/cabin in the garden. This has a single or double bed. All amenities are in the house. A booking of 3+ guests is required to open the cabin to cover costs. Good access to to public transport, town centre and the outdoors. Located in a quiet neighbourhood with off road parking. Big garden getting the sun most of the day.

Our street links onto the the Orbital Path which is a two minute walk into nature, offering up an array of outdoor activities & direct access to Craigellachie Nature Reserve, biking paths & local hikes. Also only a ten minute walk to the centre of Aviemore & it's local amenities, The village centre connects further trails up to The Cairngorm Mountain ski resort & all the wonderful lochs, hills & wildlife which surround it.

Cosy little cottage with woodburner stove, king size bed, Hungarian goose down duvet and pillows. On the edge of the Anagach Woods with its many walking trails. 10 minutes to the River Spey. We are next door, but you will have complete privacy with your own entrance, driveway and parking. This area is a wildlife haven and there is a very good chance you will spot red squirrels coming to feed on the bird table outside Lovely view of the woods and gorgeous sunsets. Perfect spot for nature lovers.

A two bed bungalow, sleeps 4, a welcome home away from home. Situated within the lovely town of Aviemore in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park. The property has an enclosed private garden and a shared driveway for 2 cars. Aviemore town and shops are a 10 min stroll down a lovely quiet lane, banked by views of the mountains and the Strathspey Steam Railway. The railway runs close to the bottom of the garden and is perfect for children (and adults !) to wave at the driver. One dog welcome

Silver Stag Lodge, Aviemore - your Highland escape

Silver Stag Lodge is a gorgeous lodge in Aviemore, with Hot Tub, Sauna, Woodburner and walking distance to Aviemore. This beautiful lodge sleeps up to 10 guests (8 adults, plus 2 kids - 2 of the beds are only 160cm long so are suited for kids) and is only 10 mins walk to Aviemore. One of the best-equipped lodges in Aviemore, it's perfect for a couple of families, or an extended family as a base to explore the Highlands. We have the lodge right next door, (sleeps 4), if you need more space.

A bothy bedroom in the heart of the Cairngorms

Connected to the old cruck barn this is a compact, cosy, self contained bedroom. It’s set on one side of the courtyard with separate key access so you can come and go at will. If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks from the door. Rustic, with loads of character, the room has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons or lots of space this may not be the place for you!

With 3 large bedrooms and two bathrooms the house sleeps 6 people and is perfect for families and outdoor enthusiasts. The contemporary open plan living area and external decking area are fantastic for socialising and entertaining with a backdrop of spectacular uninterrupted panoramic views of the Cairngorms. The house has been recently refurbished with the finest luxury furnishings.

Snowgate Cabin Glenmore

The closest house to the Cairngorm's. Based in the very heart of the Cairngorms National Park Snow Gate Cabin is the last dwelling sitting right at the foot of the Cairngorms themselves. The cabin sleeps two people comfortably, including an open plan living/sleeping area housing a small kitchenette with an electric hob and a shower /wc room. A log burner gives the room a super cosy feel. The cabin shares a driveway with the owners whose property is next door to the cabin.

The Wee Loft, Carrbridge

A quirky, cosy self contained detached garage loft conversion. Situated on the outskirts of the village of Carrbridge, it is the perfect place to relax and explore the Cairngorm National Park. Beautiful woodland trails and wildlife to enjoy from the doorstep and just a 20 minute riverside walk into the village centre to the nearest shop, pub and other local amenities. Complimentary arrival breakfast includes tea, coffee, homemade Granola, eggs, bread, butter and jam.

Apartment in Carrbridge, near Aviemore

This modern one bedroom apartment is situated within the village of Carrbridge, in the Cairngorms National Park. With the train station less than a 5 minute walk away, there are easy links to Aviemore and Inverness. This apartment is an ideal location for holidays or base for exploring. There is direct access from the garden to the ancient woodland with plenty of opportunity for wildlife spotting, walking,mountain biking trails and skiing nearby.

This one bedroom ground floor Nook has a light living / dining area and fully kitted kitchen with a lovely modern bathroom and a well proportioned bedroom with built in wardrobes. The Nook has a shared drive with private parking situated in a very quiet cul de sac that is literally steps away from a woodland where walking options are plentiful.

Well equipped kitchen, master bedroom with kingsize bed, single room with a sofa bed and shower room. We cannot safely accommodate toddlers or very young children under 6yrs. One house trained dog welcomed @ £25 per stay.
