Petit Lumina: small but perfectly formed!

AliKats Petit Lumina - This beautiful self-contained mini-chalet is the perfect accommodation for a couple or family looking for incredible views and easy access to Morzine. It is comprised of an open plan living room / kitchen, with a sofa-bed as well as a bathroom and a mezzanine bedroom. The bus stop is a 20m walk from the front door and there is a garage for covered parking. For bigger groups in the adjacent Chalet Lumina wanting more space, then Petit Lumina is the perfect solution!

Nestled on a summer pasture at 1'067m asl , this contemporary chalet is the ideal summer retreat where you can relax, chop wood and enjoy preparing nice meals on a wood burning stove in a generous kitchen. The chalet is fully autonomous with solar charged batteries for electricity, fresh spring water, and a fireplace for heating (basic fire making skills are helpful). Enjoy the simple pleasures of privacy, beautiful views and fresh mountain air from a cozy and tasteful cabin in the alps.

Charmant chalet savoyard centenaire à Amphion-les-bains. Préservé avec authenticité. Proche des stations de ski comme Bernex, Morzine en hiver et à 200m des plages du Léman en été. Commerces du village, dont Super U, boulangerie, boucherie artisanale à 5 minutes à pied. Le chalet est situé face au Parc Maxima et sa célèbre source, assurant une eau fraîche et pure toute l'année. Le lac est à 2 minutes à pied. Possibilité d'accueillir une septième personne s'il s'agit d'un(e) enfant.

Mazot les Tines with hot tub

Mazot Les Tines is a cosy little hideaway straight out of Hansel and Gretel. A small chalet for a couple or family with young children. Situated between Chamonix and Argentiere in the village of Les Tines, it is well placed for skiing at both Les Grands Montets and Flégère-Brévent, and in the summer with the River Arve running close by, the perfect starting point for country walks. Relax in the hot tub at the end of your day! Sorry, no dogs.

Le chalet du Lavouet

Sur les hauteurs, à 5 minutes du centre ville, venez vous ressourcer dans ce cadre unique et apaisant. Ce retour aux sources vous promet repos et détente. A proximité de tout, mais dans le calme le plus complet, vous pourrez vous balader en pleine nature. Équipé de toilettes sèche intérieur et d’une salle d’eau ( pas de douche mais un point d’eau pour votre toilette quotidienne ). Le petit déjeuner vous est livré tous les matins en panier.

Un "mazot" est un petit chalet annexe. Ici situé au bout de notre jardin avec parking. Style très "montagne" Au calme mais à 1mn de la route. Terrasse privé sur jardin de la maison. A 5 mn à pied : - Boulangerie (7j/7, 6h-20h) avec p'tit déj, brunch, picnic - Restaurant "café du col" tous les midis - "Pizza du col" 24/24. A 15mn-30mn : - stations de ski, randonnée, ski de fond, parapente, rafting, vtt. Aéroport Genève à 50 mn.
