Stay at the Lake View Lodge and wake up to fantastic views of Lake Windermere and its mountain backdrop every morning. The Lake View Lodge is a self-contained, wooden lodge with access to three acres of grounds and wild meadows attracting a wonderful array of wildlife including owls, red kites, deer, foxes and woodpeckers. Enjoy a large 45 square meter space with king sized bed, double sofa bed, shower room and kitchenette. Ideally suited for up to two adults and two children or three adults.

The Coach House is the perfect bolthole for a family getaway to the country with numerous walks on its doorstep to choose from and only a short drive from both Lake Windermere and Coniston. Just a short walk to The National Trusts Fell Foot Park and Swan Hotel & Spa this is the perfect place to unwind and explore. Don't miss the Haverthwaite Steam Train that runs along the bottom of the garden. If you have the time you can even go for a ride.

Farmhouse Lodge

Delightful, private and tranquil lodge located at the bottom of the large private Farmhouse garden. Fabulous views and walking distance to local pubs. It is a 50 metre walk from the parking area to the Lodge. There is free Wifi in the Lodge and good mobile signal. This place is a retreat for you to truly unwind, relax & get away from it all, or use as a base for exploring the local area and the Lake District. Unfortunately it is not suitable for children or infants.

Luxury Loft at Claughton Hall

The Luxury Loft is situated within the West Wing of the Stunning and Imposing Claughton Hall. We hope to provide guests with a comfortable yet memorable home from home experience. The Loft offers spectacular views over the Lune Valley from an elevated hilltop position. Take it easy at this unique, tranquil and luxurious getaway. The Fenwick Arms gastro pub is situated a short 12minute walk away at the bottom of the homes private driveway.

The property is ideally situated close to local attractions including the foodie capital of Cartmel and the southern shores of Windermere.
