Our charming cottage is situated in the hamlet of Newland just 2.3 miles from Ulverston, with pubs, restaurants, and local amenities,. The Lakes are only 15 mins away too. The perfect stay for lovers of the great outdoors, cozy evenings in front of the log burner, or summer evenings in the large garden or BBQ area. The cottage is dog friendly too. Stunning woodland walk ways into Ulverston to the rear of the property, and riverside and beach walks nearby with excellent cycle routes close by

The Coach House is the perfect bolthole for a family getaway to the country with numerous walks on its doorstep to choose from and only a short drive from both Lake Windermere and Coniston. On the ground floor you’ll find a large open plan kitchen with log burner, great for entertaining. A cosy living space to chill and unwind. Games room with pool table. Spacious gardens to enjoy the summer sun. Upstairs has Four bedrooms with one en-suite and a Stunning master bathroom. No Stag/Hen Parties

Studio @ Fiddler Yard

Our cosy studio flat is a perfect base for your adventure in the lake district. Located at the southern end of Windermere lake, it has great access to the rest of the Lake District for exploring and only 10 min to Cartmel racecourse. We are close to many great attractions. Ulverston the festival town is just 25 minutes' drive away. There is also a petrol station/shop 20min walk/2min drive. Grange over Sands is a lovely town to visit and have a wander along the promonade over looking the bay.

We are dog friendly. Our 250 year old cottage features modern rustic decor, u/f heating, log burner, super-fast internet, Smart TV, Sonos sound system and a complimentary podPoint 7kw EV charger. There are many wonderful walks and bike rides available from the front door. Stays start Mondays or Fridays.

Included is a private hot tub at the property, private garden and off road parking plus a wood burning stove (central heating is provided) and a short stroll to the Cascades leisure club, where our guests have unlimited use of the facilities during their stay, including, indoor heated pool, sauna, steam room & Jacuzzi, plus a fully kitted out gymnasium!

We are just far enough from the villiage centre to be peaceful and relaxing. Tea and coffee is provided together with a welcoming drink. We also provide a free permit for on street Parking just outside the front door.
