Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Wohn- und Essbereich mit einer kleinen gut ausgestatteten Küche sowie ein Duschbad. Die erste Etage verfügt über 2 getrennte Schlafzimmer für bis zu 4 Personen mit jeweils zwei Betten. Das Haus bietet eine Terrasse mit direktem Zugang zum Garten.
