Situé à flanc de montagne, dans le hameau du Biolley, le chalet profite d’une vue dégagée sur les alpes et les villages en contrebas. Ce chalet a été totalement rénové en 2013 sur la base d'une ancienne écurie. Afin d’optimiser les espaces, les accès se font par des escaliers pentus.
