Welcome to Gite Des Roses, set within a 300 year old farmhouse surrounded by the Normandy countryside. Myself, my husband, our dog, cat and 5 free range chickens love it here. One dog allowed per stay. 2 on request. Dogs to be kept on a lead in garden. Our private one bedroom Gite has been fully renovated to a high spec in 2022 and is ideal for couples wanting a relaxing holiday yet only a 5 minutes drive to the nearest town with all amenities. Maisonnette de charme au cœur de la Suisse Normande. Dans un cadre accueillant et apaisant 2 Km des Roche d'Oëtre, Magalie et Benoît vous accueillent accueillent dans cette maison pour 2 personnes. Ce logement est idéal pour les randonneurs à pieds, à vélo, à cheval car il est est à proximité du GR 36, de la Vélofrancette. Il convient aussi tous les amoureux de la nature et toute personne en recherche de déconnexion (pas adapté pour le télétravail, connexion aléatoire voire inexistante).

A well equipped private detached cottage suitable for a couple, located on the edge of a beautiful quiet village, just a short walk to the local shop/bar/restaurant Au Village. Nearest supermarket is 5 kilometers away. Well located for Normandy attractions, including Clècy and Les Roches d'Oëtre the Normandy landing beaches and many historic places of interest. Paris is 2hrs30mins by train from Flers, the nearest ferry port is Ouistreham, airports Dinard and Carpiquet.

Once the village bank, it has been lovingly transformed into an intimate and quirky cottage from where you can explore the beautiful French countryside, immortalized by the famous French Artists, Pissaro and Piet. Close to the small, but vibrant market town of Lassay Les Chateaux, a visit to the 14th C chateau, and local boulangeries is essential. With the Musee de Cidre on your doorstep, there is plenty to see and do.

Complete with a private meadow garden, we are just a 5 minute walk into the medieval city of Domfront with its cafes, bars, restaurants and many a boulangerie. Situated on the bank of the River Orne, in the heart of the 'Suisse Normandie' Our Fully Renovated Cottage is in the centre of the Picturesque Village of Pont D'Ouilly. Upon entering The Cottage you will find the fully equipped Kitchen, W.C. and the Lounge/Diner with stunning views of the River. Upstairs you will find a Bathroom, Master Bedroom and a Twin Bedroom, both having uninterupted views of the River.

Le Vieux Fournil still has the original bread oven opening into the living space in this wonderfully quirky building. The kitchen and bathroom are housed in the original woodstore and pig sty and the bedroom is converted in the hayloft. The house is 2 km’s from the historic town of Lassay-les-Châteaux with its fortified medieval chateau., winding streets and gardens.
