A house that "flies" over the sea. Salinetas beach, Gran Canaria. Architecture and nature come together in this amazing house literally hanging over the sea, in a privileged location on the east coast of Gran Canaria. The building "flies" over the rocks visually plunging into the sea and giving you the feeling of sailing on a boat on the clear waters of the Atlantic. Sleeping rocked by the sound of the waves, or watch, without leaving the bed, the sun reflected in the sea at dawn; dine on the terrace by moonlight feeling the caress of the breeze ... are unforgettable experiences that this house guarantees. The house is very bright and faces the sea. The terrace of the living room has a dining table with room for six people, and the master bedroom terrace has a hammock for sunbathing, relax and enjoy the view or just reading a good book. And how far is the beach? Well, just beside the house! Just open the door and you can go down to the beach or to the rocky surfaces located under the house, with magnificent natural platforms for sunbathing and spectacular “charcones” studded with small marine life. Salinetas is a quiet beach where you can relax, rest, practice water sports, cycling, hiking, all in a very unique and familiar. To the north, a pedestrian maritime promenade connects with the beaches of Melenara , Taliarte , “Playa del Hombre” and “La Garita”. The Promenade features restaurants and terraces where you can taste the cuisine of the area, including the highly recommended "gofio escaldado" or the "papas con mojo”. “Playa del Hombre” is one of the most suitable beaches on the island for surfing. To the south you'll find small coves like “Silva” or “Aguadulce”, or the incredible fishing village of “Tufia”, with its cave houses and its archaeological site, remains of pre-hispanic inhabitants of the island. A little further south, the seaside village of “Ojos de Garza”, the vast bay of “Gando”, and the beaches of “El Cabrón” and “Arinaga”, whose seabed is considered the best in Spain for diving. "Las Clavellinas", the town where the house is integrated has little shops and supermarkets. By car or taking the bus, at a short distance from the house, you can be reached within 5 minutes to the largest shopping and leisure areas of the island, the golf course of “El Cortijo” and the airport itself. The access time to Telde´s historic core is about 10 minutes, 15 to Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, capital of the island, and about 30 to Maspalomas. General: - Kitchen equipment : fridge-freezer, Induction Stove, Oven , Microwave , Dishwasher , sandwich maker, electric juicer, minipimer with all accessories, food Electric Griddle, Electric Coffee Maker, Toaster, Pantry, Kitchen Utensils and crockery for 6 people. - Solana: Hanger, sink for washing clothes, Washer, Dryer. The Solana has space to store sports equipment (bikes, fishing rods, surfboards, etc.) - Air conditioning in living room and bedrooms. - Entertainment: Internet (WIFI), International TV satellite chanel, TV in master bedroom and living room . - Electric blinds in living room and master bedroom, powered electric awning remote control in living room terrace.

Huele la bruma del mar desde este coqueto piso con piscina en Gran Canaria.

Con una distribución armónica que potencia la luz, las vistas y el confort, y una decoración que acompaña el clima de paz y sosiego alrededor, este apartamento de dos dormitorios es un oasis energético en el que cargar pilas frente al mar. Armonizar las energías en la distribución y decoración, potenciando luz,vistas y confort ha sido nuestra prioridad máxima. Siéntelo. El enclave es único, el acceso directo a la playa desde el propio complejo le acercara al contacto con la naturaleza. El apartamento de 50 metros se distribuye en dos dormitorios, salon-cocina, baño completo y dos terrazas. El dormitorio principal cuenta con dos camas individuales de 1,05 por 2 m., dispone de armario, zapatera y cómoda con cajones. Da acceso a una pequeña terraza. El segundo dormitorio dispone de una cama doble de 1,50 por 2m. y un escritorio desde donde puede ver mientras descansa la zona de piscina y solárium. El salón dispone de un sofá de cuatro plazas convertible en cama de 1,50 por 2m, Tv de 32 pulgadas con smart Tv. Acceso a la terraza desde el salón donde podrá disfrutar de impresionantes amaneceres y desde no sólo podrá ver el mar sino también escucharlo. La cocina está totalmente equipada con frigorífico combi, placa de inducción de cuatro fuegos, microondas y pequeños electrodomésticos como exprimidor, batidora, tostadora, hervidor, plancha para asar y menaje de cocina. El baño dispone de plato de ducha grande y lavadora. Puede usar también a través de un módico precio la secadora comunitaria. El complejo dispone de dos piscinas, una para adultos con cuatro hamacas de jacuzzi en su interior y otra pequeña para niños con todos los sistemas de seguridad, tambien dispone de aseos en la piscina. Por otro lado el clima templado y la agradable temperatura del agua de baño(entre los 18 grados de los meses de invierno y los 22 del resto del año) permite que las playas puedan ser disfrutadas todo el año. La oferta deportiva de Gran Canaria está estrechamente ligada a la benignidad de su clima, carente de temperaturas extremas y que permite la práctica de casi cualquier deporte al aire libre durante todo el año (golf, tenis, padel, vela, windsurf…) Y para los amantes de la naturaleza la isla ofrece un entorno natural de cientos de especies endémicas y unicas en el mundo haciéndola merecedora del calificativo de “continente en miniatura”. Gran Canaria internacionalmente conocida como la isla de la eterna primavera, posee infinidad de riquezas naturales que la convierten en el destino perfecto para el cuidado de la salud. Dispone de 12 centros de Spa y Talasoterapia dotados de espectaculares instalaciones que ofrecen una amplia variedad de exclusivos tratamientos de relax y belleza. A 10 minutos andando del apartamento dispone de los centros de Talasoterapia de los Hoteles Orquídea y Gloria Palace ubicados en Bahía Feliz y san Agustín respectivamente. En definitiva,Sol y playas, Cultura y deportes, Historia y naturaleza, Tradición y Vanguardia, Ocio, diversión y una excelente gastronomía, es lo que nuestra isla ofrece durante todo el año, con una temperatura media anual de 24º. Soy una persona abierta y extrovertida con intereses varios , dispuesta a compartir mis rincones favoritos de la isla y los mejores restaurantes. En primera línea de playa, el apartamento cuenta con acceso directo al mar a través de sus generosas zonas comunes con piscina.

Los días de olas se puede ver a los surfistas practicando. Está muy cerca de la avenida que conecta varias playas de Telde.

Suite Paradise in the beach

The paradise suite is a little gem in the Atlantic. Located on the beach itself and completely renovated, it is not a holiday home. It is our precious vacation place, which we enjoy and take great care of and has been designed and created by us to also share it with special people in this community. A place to get lost. It is only rented to two adults (children are not allowed ) and it is not appropriate for people with reduced mobility.

Cosy frontline beach apartment . Consists of two spacious bedrooms and a kitchen/living room area. It features a nice bathroom with a walk in shower and a washing machine. It also has two balconies, one of which overlooks the beach and the pool/jacuzzi, located on a big solarium that sees the sun all year round, surrounded by lovely garden areas. You just can't get a whole lot closer to the sea without being in it!
