The house has its own unique roof top terrace with unobstructed views over Palma and the Bellver Castle, sun all day and amazing sunsets with a large dining area, lounge, BBQ, outdoor shower & pool. Rental license for 3 persons.

Our guests can experience traditional Mallorcan life, while also enjoying modern comforts. The house is in a quiet street very close to the harbour, and a wide selection of restaurants, bars and cafes. Live without haste, enjoy healthy food, sail to virgin beaches, and take a walk at night among the many small shops of the port.

* We have renovated our tennis court for the 2025 season. Its a "hybrid" clay court and new LED lighting. Pictures are live! A perfect place for 1-2 couples or a family of 4 to get away. We have 2 bedrooms available but the base cost is only for 1 room. If you are only 2 people but want the additional room you will need to make the booking as if you were 3 people as we charge an additional fee for the second room. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sorgt für eine einzigartige Wohlfühl-Atmosphäre, die unsere Stammgäste besonders schätzen. Der hübsch gestaltete, eigene Garten enthält Palmen und Blumenbeete mit landestypischen Pflanzen wie z.B. Buganville, Oleander, Olive, Zitronenbaum und Aloe Vera.
