Large patio doors lead out to the decked area in the garden. 35 miles north of Highland capital Inverness.

A cosy mid-terraced fishermans cottage, now with a wood burner, located only 1 minute walking distance to the gorgeous Shandwick beach. Ideal for a peaceful seaside holiday retreat. Shandwick is one of three small coastal communities that along with Balintore and Hilton that make up the seaboard villages. Logs: we provide a bag of logs for each stay per week.If you require extra logs, I can provide contact details of logs providers locally. Well behaved (not too large) dogs also welcome.

The location of this marvellous little house is exactly what you want from a coastal retreat. The interiors have been beautifully finished. It’s the complete package for couples in the north of Scotland. Wee House by the sea is a gem of a holiday home dating back to the 19th century and set in the lovely village of Balintore.
