Relax at our peaceful, well-equipped and comfortable Cottage. Cottage has outside dining table and chairs , fire pit , logs and log burning stove inside. We provide complimentary logs for both . Bike storage with charging. A short, safe walk into Aboyne. Aboyne Loch, old Railway line and Aboyne Golf Course are across the road, which makes for an active or totally relaxed holiday. Two bed Villa near Banchory

A 2 bedroom semi detached villa on the outskirts of Banchory 40 minutes drive from Aberdeen city centre and airport. Set in a quiet and exclusive development in the beautiful, relaxing countryside of Royal Deeside, next to the 9 hole Queens Course of Inchmarlo Resort. Surrounded by beautiful walks, castles, golf, fishing, distilleries and more. A 15 minute walk or 2 minute drive from the centre of Banchory the villa has a fully equipped Kitchen, flat screen TV and patio with table and chairs.

The Tower, Thornton Castle

Idyllic Farmhouse in Stunning Deeside Location

Blackness Farmhouse is a traditional cottage still retaining many of its original features. Bathrooms and kitchen have been modernized, open fires replaced for wood burners and carpeting added to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The cottage was our home while we converted the nearby barns into our new house. and although storage was tight for a busy family of 6, we loved our time living there and always felt it would make a perfect holiday home. Snuggled in the heart of Speyside (between Aberlour & Rothes), Calderwood Annexe, is the perfect base from which to explore the world famous Whisky Country, Scottish Highlands, Cairngorm National Park and Moray Coastal Trail. Free from noise or light pollution, surrounded by woodland and wonderful open countryside, Calderwood Annexe offers complete peace and serenity.

Royal Deeside 1 Bedroom self-contained 'Bothy'

Self contained annexe in the heart of Royal Deeside. The 'bothy' is a 1 bedroom home attached to our converted farmhouse. Downstairs has a spacious fully-equipped kitchen/living area with sofa bed and log burner. Upstairs is a double bedroom and shower room. Just 6 miles from Ballater, and in the Cairngorms National Park, the Muir of Dinnet Nature Reserve is on our doorstep with walks and cycle routes. Close by is Tarland Trails 2 mtb centre. Our property has bike wash and storage.

The Annex ( with Sauna )

Self check-in is available if required. Self contained annex with spacious, south facing bedroom with access out to the garden which guests can use. We are 2 minutes walk from the river and can direct you to nearby hills and lochs where scenic walks can be enjoyed. There is a cosy, friendly pub just round the corner which serves home cooked meals all day. They welcome "muddy boots, kids and dogs". We are dog friendly too so please feel free to bring your well behaved dog along.

The Farm Bothy Cottage

The Farm Bothy cottage offers luxury accommodation on a working sheep farm. It is self-contained, within a modern steading/barn conversion. We live in the other wing of the house. You can explore the farm, woodlands and our garden. Ideally located for visiting nearby castles and distilleries the area also has great cycling, golfing, fishing and horse-riding. Our local pub is a mile away. The nearest town, Alford, has a pub, restaurant, shops, supermarket, parks and museums.

The Granary Cottage, Auchenblae

The Granary Cottage sits in the idyllic village of Auchenblae - between the sandy beaches of North East Scotland and the Cairngorms National Park. Drumtochty Castle is only 2 miles away; Fettercairn, Stonehaven, Montrose, Banchory and Aberdeen are all within easy reach.
