Minutes from the Wild Atlantic Way, Ballycannon cottage is a great choice for exploring Donegal’s many wonders.

Teach Barney

Teach Barney in the stunning North West of Donegal 1km from Gaeltacht Village of Falcarragh with views of the mountains and the ocean. The house is comfortable with a large private decked area. Visitors can enjoy walking/cycling on many miles of marked walks including the disused single gauge railway. The pristine beaches, ocean and mountains are within minutes of the house, ideal for deep sea fishing, surfing, kayaking, boat trips, guided walks, mountain climbing and cycling.

Teach Johnny Shéain

A traditional cottage with living area and hearth at its centre and a double room and shower room flank either side. It rests in the heart of the Gaeltacht on a laneway 1km from the village of Gortahork. It is shaded by majestic trees, a vegetable garden and views of Magheraroarty beach. The Poison Glen and Errigal mountain are within 10 minutes drive. The cottage is at the heart of a variety of outdoor pursuits, cultural experiences and nature itself.

Restored Sheep Farmer's Cottage -Wild Atlantic Way

This tastefully restored formed Sheep Farmer's cottage is ideal base for your visit to Donegal. Located on the Wild Atlantic Way just outside the village of Kilcar with Sleive League to the West and Killybegs and Donegal town to the south. This is an ideal place to settle into for a night or two and return to each evening after visiting the beautiful Donegal countryside. There are wonderful views from the cottage of Sleive League (Sliabh Liag) beyond.

Our surf school Narosa is right next door so we're always here to help, and you can enjoy all the fun of Irish surfing with our team! Afterwards you can chill in our on site garden, and enjoy use of our BBQ & covered outdoor cooking area. With cosy pubs & restaurants on your doorstep, your evening activities are covered.
