This is a cosy house, fully insulated, with central heating complemented by a solid fuel stove, with kindling, turf and firewood provided for your convenience to provide cosy evenings as the night draws to a close and you unwind for the evening. Ideally located for fishing- river Suck 10minutes away and facilities on site for preparation including locked shed.

The house has a heat recovery ventilation system, solar panels, solar heated hot water and Electric Vehicle Charger.

Our self-catering accommodation is located in Ballyforan village Co Roscommon, on the Roscommon/Galway border. Situated right next door to our local country pub, why not come in and join the locals for a drink during your stay with us. We also have Sky Sports to watch that all important match! If you are looking for a few nights away, a break away with friends, a fishing trip, work trip or a central base to tour Ireland we have the perfect place to stay.
