The Stable Yard, Tranquil stay in beautiful Down

Unique shed conversion with views to the Mourne mountains. A tranquil location situated on our 10 acre equestrian yard but close to Downpatrick and Crossgar with shops, eateries and pubs. A quirky property with two double bedrooms, open plan living/dining with a wood burning stove and fully equipped kitchen. The equine theme is evident in the design. There's a private south facing garden with access to all of our site with panoramic views over Co Down. Off road parking. Horses and dogs welcome.

The Studio is a bright, modern self-contained space next to our home in the beautiful Co Down countryside. It is one large space (approx 36m2 with coved ceiling) with living area, queen size bed, 1 single bed and small dining space. We’ve lots of parking and a large garden - plenty of outdoor space for families. We are in the heart of Lecale; 3mi from Ardglass/Downpatrick and 5mi from Strangford Lough. A great base for enjoying nature, the mountains, golf, sailing, beach walks and sea swims.

The Bolthole in Strangford is a small cosy home located in one of Northern Ireland's beautiful coastal villages. The house dating from the early 1800's, with a later extension, has living, dining and kitchen area, two bedrooms and bathroom. There are great views across Strangford Lough to the coastal village of Portaferry. Strangford village is a great location near historic houses, castles and the Mourne mountains. It has great restaurants, pubs and perfect for Game of Thrones enthusiasts.

This house is state of the art and only newly renovated to the highest spec Coin operated pool table takes 10,20, 50ps & £1s. Fully private parking can hold multiple vehicles

A beautiful cottage, set off the main road with private parking and large back garden. Surrounded by fields and only a 2 minute walk to Killard beach and the start of the breathtaking Killard National Reserve walk. Just a 10 minute walk in the other direction will have you at Ballyhornan Beach. Castle Ward Estate and Winterfell (GOT) is only 4 miles away and so is the picturesque village of Strangford with plenty of bars and restaurants to enjoy. The house has been recently refurbished.

This beautiful waterfront home in the charming village of Strangford has the most incredible views. The pretty cottage opens up to a spacious townhouse over three floors, comfortably sleeping 8. Enjoy time with family and friends in the large open-plan living space overlooking the quay. Watch the ferry cruise back and forth and the sailing boats come and go, right at the bottom of your private garden. Have breakfast on the terrace and maybe catch a glimpse of the resident dolphins.

Amenities include: 5 Person outdoor Hot Tub, Gazebo area, garden room, football net for guests to enjoy. Please note: The HOT TUB is an add-on and will incur an extra charge if required: (100 GBP per stay payable upon arrival). Only available upon request and a minimum of 1 days notice required.

The cottage is around a 1 minute walk to the beach, you can see it clearly standing at the front door. Although the cottage has lots of his history, it is decorated with a modern twist. It has the perfect back garden which is not only peaceful and relaxing but it the best sun trap. 3 miles from Ardglass, 6 Miles from Strangford and 7 miles from Downpatrick.

Only 5 minutes walk is the village of Kircubbin, where there are pubs, restaurants and a supermarket. With the water so close, wake up to the sounds, views & smell of the sea.

Sitting on the shores of the Irish Sea, Keeper’s Cottage provides a comfortable base from which to walk, beachcomb, birdwatch and explore. Close to the villages of Portaferry, Cloughey and Strangford, the area is rich in wildlife and heritage. Or just relax by the fire and soak up the magic of this unique place. Our other cottage, which is immediately adjacent, sleeps 4 and people often rent the two properties together for larger groups.
