Large, light filled, quiet, private 2 bedroom apartment/guest suite with split bathroom (toilet and sink in one room, soaking tub/shower and sink in other), kitchenette, and ceilings up to 16'. We have been working on this space for the last 2 years to get the details just right, including hand built furniture and art by local artists. Above the din of the Mission, this apartment is a unique space built in the attic of a large Edwardian house run by artists Laurel Roth Hope and Andy Diaz Hope .

No kitchen or stove; however, it includes a microwave, mini fridge, and basic dishware and utensils. Quiet location on a one-way street, in a residential area, away from traffic. Street parking is generally available in close proximity to the suite. Easy access to US 101 and 280 entrance.

The in-law unit is cozy, comfortable, and stylish. The garden is lovely! It's great for couples, mini-sized families, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This is a very walkable neighborhood. Ensuite is sleeping quarter within our Victorian home, close to but not adjacent to one used by owner who will be residing within and sharing the property with guests at the same time. We offer “your place on a hill” in a very desirable neighborhood. Walk to Castro, Noe Valley, Mission, MUNI Metro and BART. This space offers an efficient European style kitchen with a Smart Oven, 2-burner hot plate, microwave, queen bed, comfortable couch and multi-use table. There is free parking for one car available. Your hosts, John and Jody live upstairs and are available quite often to answer any of your questions but we will respect your privacy. We appreciate a no-shoe policy.
