Wonderful newly furnished full townhouse located in the heart of Federal Hill, Baltimore's most sought after hip neighborhood. Everything you could want in a vacation rental is right here! The house sits right on the tippy top of Federal Hill so the 2 story rooftop deck provides the best 360 views in town showcasing beautiful sunsets, the city skyline, and M&T Bank Stadium. Kick back and enjoy the 49" 4k Smart TV which includes a soundbar, Netflix, HBO, and basic cable TV channels. Our historic townhouse was built in 1850 and has been recently renovated. It sits on a well lit, tree lined street in one of the most desirable streets of Federal Hill (location is everything in Baltimore). There are dozens of popular bars and restaurants for night life. This is one of the safest neighborhoods in Baltimore and the surrounding neighbors are extremely friendly, most of whom are families. Enjoy free parking in our private driveway with additional street parking available for free. All bedroom mattresses are Saintly Luxury Firm Rejuvigel Memory Foam, my personal favorite -49 inch 4k Smart TV with a soundbar, Netflix, HBO, and basic cable TV channels. -Blazing fast WiFi (1 gig, the highest speed offered in Baltimore) - Kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven, stove, fridge, freezer, microwave and all of the cookware and basics you will need during your stay. - Home Essentials such as hair dryer, iron and ironing board, coffee and tea, soft linens and towels, silverware cups and plates - Dining room table ready for at least 6 people - Lots of closet and storage room - Heating and Air Conditioning at your control - Private keypad entrance for front door and back door where the driveway is located - The building has an awesome rooftop area! - Board games include cards, Bannagrams, Cards Against Humanity, Jenga, and Most Likely To Come and stay in my townhouse! I promise you will not regret it. The entire townhouse, driveway, rooftop deck, etc. are all yours to use exclusively! We like to give our guests space so you might not see us during your stay. Check-in is via a door keypad, so no need to worry about coordinating your schedule for a key exchange. I live in California but my co-owner/host lives just a couple blocks away. I am always available to answer questions and am highly responsive via text/call and Airbnb message Federal Hill is considered one of the most convenient and walkable neighborhoods in all Baltimore, with this well-lit, tree lined street one of its most desirable. Stroll just 3 blocks to come to a choice of dozens of popular bars and restaurants. -Uber -Charm City Circulator (free bus stop 2 blocks away) -Water Taxi a few blocks away that can take you to the aquarium and anywhere else you want to go. -MARC Trains to DC -Zipcar -Less than a 20 minute drive from BWI and just a few short minutes drive to access I-95, which avoids the traffic cluster noticed in other Baltimore neighborhoods -Walking -Bike/scooter ride share programs No parties and no smoking! The maximum amount of people allowed on the property at any given time is 10. I reserve the right to ask for a valid form of identification at the time of check-in. Failure to provide may result in cancellation of the booking at the expense of the guest. I also require that guests be respectful of the neighbors, there are awesome people living in the surrounding townhouses including a family with a newborn baby next door...please be mindful of this fact at all times. Exclusive access to the waterfront balcony, interior courtyard, and all areas of the house which are for you and you only! You'll have access to the entire condo which occupies the entire 3rd and most of the 2nd floor (there is a women's fashion boutique on the 1st floor and a small studio apartment with separate entrance on the 2nd floor). Tenants of the store and studio apartment do not have access to your space. The property has "Smart Locks" which allow guests to enter with a custom pass code I set (and remove upon checkout) for each guest. Different guests want different things, so I'll try my best to accommodate you in the way you'll most appreciate. If you prefer privacy, you'll have as much as you want, and I've included lots of local tips and recommendations in our House Guide for you to explore on your own. If you're looking for opinions, input, ideas, etc... then I'm more than happy to be a resource for you! I grew up in the area, live just a few blocks away, and am often out and about in the neighborhood, enjoying all that Fells Point has to offer. Located in the heart of Baltimore's most charming neighborhood: Fell's Point! Conveniently located nearby Johns Hopkins Medical Center (1 mile). Great for walking: you can follow the waterfront promenade all the way from Fells Point, through the Inner Harbor, up to Federal Hill Park. Or stick around the neighborhood, window shop, and check out quirky stores and restaurants. Water Taxi is 100 feet away and has 10+ stops to bring you to all the top tourist destinations by scenic boat ride. Uber/Lyft are the best methods to get around quickly and often are only 1 or 2 minutes away. Parking is tricky, but if you're coming into town with a car, I can help you coordinate valet service with the hotel directly across the street, direct you to a nearby parking garage, or suggest free street parking a few blocks away. Parking directly outside of the property is hourly during the day (because of the prime location).
