Villa Del Mar is located on the west coast of Croatia. Mali Losinj is an island full of lush tall pine trees, beautiful crimson sunsets, and crystal-clear waters.  Brand new from summer 2021, these sea-view apartments with heated pool offer neutral and modern furnishings with anything you would expect to make a home away from home. Ap. Toš is situated on the high first floor of a renovated traditional house, located in the heart of a coastal village and is furnished in moderen style. Ap.consists of living room with kitchen, bedroom, sleeping gallery and bathroom and is suitable for families, 2-6 people. Guests have access to a wonderful private garden, situated just 40 m from the house (accessible by stairs). Local beach is accessible just a few steps from the garden. Villa Sara is a newly built house in the Krk Island region, located in village Linardići. Town of Krk or Malinska are 12 km from the property and Baška is 30 km from this holiday home. This 5-star holiday home features 3 bedrooms each with SAT TV and its own bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room and a toilet. Villa Sara is air-conditioned accommodation, features a private pool, a garden, barbecue facilities, free Wi-Fi throughout the property and free private parking.

The apartment has a spacious terrace with beautiful view, one bedroom with double bed and one single bed if needed for a third person, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, television, shower and toilet, internet and free parking in the yard. Several spacious sandy beaches are located 100 m down the house as well as other varied beaches such as smaller, rocky, intimate ones. Right next to the nearest beach is a promenade just by the sea which leads to the center of the old town of Rab.

Donja Klada house (The address is Donja Klada 18/p) is the part of the Velebit nature park and placed in the peaceful cove near old town Senj, across the islands Rab and Goli Otok. This is the family holiday house on the coast with private parking for two cars, a perfect place for swimming, fishing and diving. The house is situated in the first and only row on the coast with no disturbance of other tourists. It's the perfect place to rest, relax and recharge.

Unser Appartement YELLOW befindet sich auf der 1. Etage und hat von den Schlafzimmern ausgehend einen großzügigen Balkon mit Meerblick. Wunderbar hell und sonnig bietet es ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen. Mit zwei Doppelbettzimmern, Badezimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich und Küche mit Balkon.

Senj has neither industry nor pollutants. The guests in Senj feel safe. There is no danger of the crime - you can safely walk around during the day and at night. Senj is not a typical tourist destination; there are no big hotels or crowds. On the beaches and in the restaurants you can always find a place. Senj is interesting for guests traveling to Dalmatia, the Dalmatian islands and Dubrovnik, so they can take a break halfway.

My place is close to restaurants, great views, and the beach.The paradise house is good for couples, solo adventurers, families, and furry friends (pets). In our neighbourhood are market place, kran for boat, possibility to rent a boat, also we offer a space for your boat. In our lovely garden you can find a barbecue and enjoy to cook. This apartment is with balcony and it has a own kitchen. Pet is 7€ per day.

The apartment (42m²) is located inside a big house (320m²). The accomodation is really close to the sea and allows to appreciate a nice view on the sea, the port and the old town. The appartment is around 10 minutes on walk to the city center and 3 minutes to the marina. You may also find shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment is equipped with fibre optics. Teleworking is possible.

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.
