Tonkica - charming apartment by the sea

Dear guests! We have just finished the complete renovation of our apartment that we've started in autumn 2021st. We hope that you will enjoy it even more than before. All of you who come to visit us in May or in September, we shall take on a gratis boat excursion to see beautiful Rab beaches. Our apartment is cosy, and close to sandy beach. It has two bedrooms, kitchen, dinning room and living room, bathroom, balcony and terrace where is also a dining table. Welcome!

Situated in the heart of nature, we provide everything you need to enjoy your stay. The Holiday House Lucija is located in the Kvarner Bay above Zavratnica in the Nature Park "Velebit" on the edge of the National Park Northern Velebit. New house built in 2018, 4 km from the sea, with stunning views of the islands of Rab, Pag, Losinj and Cres.

Perched on steep rocks, 30m above the sea level, this idyllic studio is a perfect getaway for a much needed vacation. My place is close to restaurants, great views, and the beach.The paradise house is good for couples, solo adventurers, families, and furry friends (pets). In our neighbourhood are market place, kran for boat, possibility to rent a boat, also we offer a space for your boat. In our lovely garden you can find a barbecue and enjoy to cook. This apartment is with balcony and it has a own kitchen. Pet is 7€ per day.
