Beasley Backwater Retreat on Lovely Lake Eufaula

The Beasley Backwater Retreat is located on beautiful Lake Eufaula, between the historic towns of Abbeville and Eufaula. The house, built as a vacation house by my grandparents in 1963, is pretty much vintage, with some more modern conveniences, such as microwave, dishwasher, HVAC, internet access, and a Keurig. Located on a peaceful area of the lake, with a private dock and nice neighbors, it's a great place to get away from town and create fond memories--it certainly has been for us! Enjoy!

Whether you are just passing through or booking for a fishing tournament, coming to town to do some hunting, we have you covered! We have a huge turnaround and parking for your boats. We are less than 2 miles from Lakepointe Marina and other drop ins to the lake. We are minutes from Spring Hill and surrounding areas for all of you that are coming to hunt. 3 miles from the historic town of Eufaula with restaurants and amenities. We are pet friendly! But we do not clean up after your pets.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place for a little getaway. We are located about 7 miles from Cheneyhatchee Creek boat landing and beautiful Lake Eufaula. We are on a quiet county road that is a safe place to come home to after a fun day on the lake or busy day browsing through the many shops or historic homes in Eufaula. Oh did I mention, we have beautiful sunsets too! If the moon is full, it is just perfect rising above our barn! You just have to come see for your self!

Spectacular views, peaceful surroundings, evening star gazing, and deer all year long grazing in the yard. Pataula State Park is 2 miles away for very convenient boat launching.
