Top floor, historic listed barn -The Scantlings

Ellergill House Barn is a Grade II Listed building in a scenic, rural location in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. It dates from the early 19th century and was lovingly restored in 2019. The Scantlings provides luxury 3 bedroom accommodation. The main bedroom with en suite shower room can be used as a double or a twin. Adjacent to this room with an internal door is a small twin room. There is additionally a third bedroom which is a large double and a family bathroom. The open plan kitchen, dining and living area is extremely spacious with a wood burning stove making it an ideal space for friends and family to get together. If additional space is required, two further bedrooms, an additional bathroom and extra living space can be booked on the ground floor of the barn. The photos for this are shown under Events Room.

Spinney Cottage is a beautifully restored home located just outside the town of Pateley Bridge in Nidderdale, a short drive from the Yorkshire Dales and Harrogate. The Hayloft - Luxury Bolthole

Independence in your own place - Hayloft is hidden away at the end of our 17th century farmhouse and is a special place to stay. Step inside to find the kitchen with heated stone floors and beams overhead. In the living room there's space to eat, full bookshelves and a wood burner for cosy winter evenings. Ideal for families and couples wanting to enjoy the Yorkshire Dales. The cottage dates back to 1799 and was the millers cottage to the adjoining property, an old corn Mill. An idyllic location with easy access to many local footpaths and trails. No pets.

The 1845 Menagerie is a one bedroom apartment located within a minutes walk from Skipton High Street. It is situated on the ground floor of a terrace property and is all on one level. There is a parking space for one car at the rear of the property. It is accessed through an archway which measures 2.8 metres wide. Several early morning opening cafes are nearby and Marks and Spencers Simply Food is just around the corner. I live across the road so I am on hand if you need anything
