Garden cabin

Cabin is at the back of our garden - all for yourselves ;-)) Location is ideal for RVC or FILM INDUSTRY ROLES On the warm days you can enjoy the water fountain, pond and our friendly dog (doggie is not there during the summer break) ;-)) The access is via our house where you can meet myself, my kids, my friends or our other guests staying in the main house ;-)) It does have a nano kitchenette /it is very basic - not suitable for proper cooking ;-)) No smoking indoors You can smoke outside

A beautiful self-contained garden studio, located in the heart of historic Highgate Village. The 320 sq foot studio is equipped with King size bed, kitchenette, Bathroom with spacious shower, 55” HDTV, BBC iPlayer, Amazon & Netflix. There is a semi-private outside patio with seating. The village has ten pubs/restaurants within a few minutes walking distance, along with the beautiful expansive Hampstead Heath and Highgate Cemetery. With excellent bus and tube transport connections close by.

We are located close to the M1, A1, M25 and Luton Airport. We are also conveniently near Harpenden Train station with fast links into Kings Cross St Pancras and Eurostar. My flat has now been totally refurbished in 2022. This is my personal flat and I live with my partner when Air Bnb guests wish to stay. The flat will be sanitised before a guest arrives. Longer term lets and will reduced the price by 20% for stays of 30 days plus. Minimum stay is 5 days under most circumstances but contact me if you want shorter.
