Hull Dukeries, Avenues and Dining Quarter

This is our smart terrace right in the heart of The Dukeries area of Hull. Our neighbourhood is a close satellite of the city centre - the station and St. Stephens are only a few minutes' drive away. The area is full of late Victorian character with Prince's Avenue just at the top of our street, offering trendy shops, bars and restaurants. We want our house to be, despite the cliché - a home from home. It is equipped with everything a family (or two couples) may need for a short or long stay.

Upstairs and you enter your warm living area with a small balcony with views of Baysgarth Park, furnished with sofa and matching chairs, soft lighting and a smart tv leading into the bedroom with it’s sumptuous antique french bed and en-suite.

Shoreline is a unique 2 bedroom house, with each room benefiting from spectacular views of the Humber. It is located with fantastic access links to the Humber Bridge (5 minutes) , Hessle (5 minutes) & Hull (10 minutes). Ideally suited for contractor's & long term. There is parking available at the property with one space behind the house and also abundant free parking adjacent. The property has a front garden, where you can sit back and enjoy watching the local wildlife and boats pass by.

A beautiful place to stay that is both rare and historic in the heart of Beverley with free secure onsite parking. The Old Hayloft is a hidden gem within close walking distance of cafes, bars and restaurants, independent shops, places of interest, and the fabulous Beverley Minster. The railway station is close by. The very private and luxury accommodation is upstairs with its own entrance and a large and very comfortable super king bed. Small outdoor seating area in a pretty walled courtyard.

The cottage existed as a shop since the 1800’s and later ‘The Penny Bank’ and has now been modernised. The lovely living areas and excellent location make it the perfect choice for a short or extended stay. This beautifully refurbished cottage retains traditional character but also includes a host of modern comforts, making it an ideal home away from home

Priests Abode - Delightful 2 bedroom cottage

Welcome to Priests Abode. Built in the 1600s as part of Papist Hall, the newly renovated cottage offers a delightful mix of period features and modern amenities finished to a high standard. The enclosed gardens feature relaxing seating areas, impressive stonework arches, a BBQ, and a delightful range of planting featuring mature trees and vibrant flowers. The small village of Barrow upon Humber has range of shops and amenities all within walking distance. We look forward to welcoming you!

The Caravan @ Tadpole

Set in a private garden, next to Woodland and open fields, posh camping with the luxuries! 10 miles from York city, and a bus stop 15 min walk away. Pocklington is approx 3 miles away and is the nearest market town for shops. Ideal location if your ready to turn off your phone, put your feet up, and chill with nature. The Caravan can also be used with Tadpole for family reunions, Birthdays or just fiends getting together.

The town offers great local amenities including supermarket, butchers, bakers and plenty of independent boutiques, Restaurants and Pubs. A 30 minute walk or short drive away from the famous Humber Bridge and Hessle foreshore area where a picnic can be enjoyed in the summer. Hessle also offers easy access to the City of Hull either by car, bus or train.
