Welcome to our Basalt Estate. We live on a secluded road in the seven castles community and you will be in complete Colorado wilderness and privacy. However our internet is fast :) One of our favorite amenities about our property is that we have a private hiking trail right in our backyard that is a 4 mile round trip hike to waterfalls. Aspen and Snowmass is about 30-45 min away. Downtown Basalt where you can find restaurants, gas and coffee shops is a 12 minute drive down the frying pan.

Step into your private, light-filled one-bedroom apartment reminiscent of a cozy, ski chalet. PLEASE NOTE: The apartment is in the lower level of our home, we live upstairs with our dogs. Private, locked off entrance that opens onto a patio with hot tub and a huge, grassy, fenced yard, perfect for your dog! We offer many extras such as wine, coffee, amenities & snacks. Only 25 minutes from Aspen and Snowmass and 5 minutes to: City Market, Whole Foods, great restaurants and shopping.

Hear the river at the Frying Pan Studio

Basalt's location is convenient to both ends of the Roaring Fork Valley. It is ten-minute walk along the Frying Pan River to downtown Basalt. However, transportation is recommended. We accept pets at the studio, either one large or 2 small; there is a $50 pet fee. Please let us know if you wish to bring yours. We ask that the pet be kennel if left behind while you go out. Obey Town of Basalt's leash and patrol ordinances. Drop cloths provided if they are allowed on furniture.

You’ll love our place because of the location, the outdoors space and our cozy safe neighborhood. Our rental is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and also well behaved furry friends - a $80 pet fee to be paid when making your booking please.
