This characteristic villa has a living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms have double bed, one room has a bunk bed. House is fully air-conditioned. Outside there is a swimming pool with deckchairs. Next to the pool there is an outdoor terrace with a table and chairs. There is also a gas grill. Ova jedinstvena kuća za odmor nalazi se otprilike 150 metara od plaže i centra grada. Okružena je prirodom te ćete imati potreban mir za vaš odmor. Kuća se nalazi u udolini te su zbog toga noći ugodnije temperature. Također vam nudimo mogućnost besplatnog korištenja SUP-a i kajaka.

The 4 * apartment at the sea house "Old Zarok" with its unique architecture of white stone in combination with a white facade is one of the oldest houses ever built in the neighborhood and offers the charm of a private land house at the Croatian coast. The beach is just 3 minutes away by foot. Its modern but unobtrusive interior makes it a house you will remember. From the terrace you have a beautiful view at the bay and the old center of the village.

Novo opremljen i udoban apartman smješten pored grada Senja gdje vlasnici ne žive. Nalazi se 100 metara od plaže i 2,5 kilometra od centra grada Senja. Apartman ima svoj privatni ulaz, te besplatno parkirno mjesto. U sadržaju apartmana nudimo klima uređaj, kuhinju, WiFi Internet i tv ravnog ekrana. Villa Jelena is an indigenous coastal house, completely isolated on a property of 20,000 m2. It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.
