Idéalement situé sur le « Square Trousseau », à proximité du célèbre marché d'Aligre et du Marais. Nombreux excellents restaurants, bars à vins.Métro ligne 8 à 2 minutes. Parc arboré en face de l'immeuble. Quartier vivant, central et très bien desservi. J'essaie d’accorder de la flexibilité à mes touristes pour les check-ins/outs.

This is our beloved home in between the rooftops of Paris. We feel incredibly fortunate to have found this gem from 1824, and renovated it ourselves. For over one year, we have been drawing, planning, sawing, hammering and painting, and now we are happy to share our 45m2 beauty with you. Please be aware that we actually live here. It’s not a hotel! You’ll get our soft sheets, thick towels and my grandmother’s porcelaine. We are looking for guests who appreciate and love objects with stories.

Live like a local in the 11th arrondissement of Paris. Our 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms loft is a former Eiffel atelier (you will notice the beams are the same style as the Eiffel Tower!). The space sleeps 4 people and is tastefully decorated. The large fully equipped kitchen is a cook's dream and the perfect place to whip up a meal after a visit to Marché de Bastille or Marche d’Aligre. Tucked away on a quiet impasse, you will find some of the best food in Paris at your doorstep.

Appartement de 25 m2 situé au premier étage d'une maison dans la rue Crémieux. La rue Crémieux est une agréable rue piétonne et colorée. L'appartement est très lumineux. Il est composé de 2 pièces et possède 3 grandes fenêtres. Il peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes. Il n'y a cependant pas de porte entre le salon et la chambre. Il se situe au premier étage sans ascenseur. Au rez de chaussée se trouve un cabinet d'orthoptie qui est ouvert dans la journée.
