Welcome to Haywards at the Grasmere, a cozy, family run guesthouse located in the small town of Keynsham, perfectly situated between Bath and Bristol, with easy access to transport links and attractions just five minutes away. Our small, friendly business offers a warm and comfortable stay, ideal for visitors exploring the area, we can getaways, or work trips. There is also an on-site restaurant and bar, open Thursday to Sunday, offering great food and drinks during your stay .

Deluxe Room

The Deluxe rooms at The Ayrlington offer top levels of finish and comfort with Hypnos beds that can be made up as a luxury twin or spacious super king. “Darwin” is situated on the private lower ground level and has a sumptuous en-suite shower with his-and-her basins. “Zen” has its own private entrance and unique décor. “Abbey” is located on the first floor with dramatic views of Bath Abbey and the City beyond. Siena is located on the first floor.

With different themes these 2 beautiful rooms are on the top floor and have double size beds. All but our Poppy room overlook the walled gardens with dramatic views of Bath Abbey and the City beyond. These rooms are en-suite with walk in power showers. Please be aware there is no lift

On the top floor, the Carnation is a small twin bedded room with a large bathroom. The room is en-suite with a shower over the bath. It overlooks the walled gardens with dramatic views of Bath Abbey and the City beyond. There is no lift.

All Single rooms offer en suite showers, are situated on the 2nd floor in the eaves and are contemporary in style. Complete with air-conditioning, flat screen TV, DVD player, hospitality tray and premium brand toiletries.
