This apartment (A2+2, approx 35m2 + 35 m2 terrace) has 1 double bedroom (bed 160*200), bath, kitchen (fully equipped) and living room with extra bed (couch) for 2 more persons. Villa Maya extends over two floors, it has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that are modern and tastefully decorated. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining room and a living room with fireplace. From the living room on the ground floor there is an exit to the covered terrace which leads down to the garden with swimming pool and barbecue. The accommodation is located at the end of the village in quiet area where you can enjoy your vacation peacefully.

The house is located just above the Baška harbour, with a small beach just 100 metres away and a 10 minute walk to the old town on one side and naturist camp Bunculuka on the other. There are restaurants and cafes within a 5-minute walking distance from the house. The apartment is on the ground floor and it has a very big terrace. In our house we have 3 apartments for max. 8 people. Each apartment has it own separate entrance.

Villa Jelena is an indigenous coastal house, completely isolated on a property of 20,000 m2. It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.
