Car parking is available. The apartment is situated infront of the house on about 40 sqm and has one bedroom, one living room with kitchen corner and bathroom. Apartamentul este situat într-o casă săsească, în inima BISTRIȚEI, lângă Biserica Evanghelică, de unde începe centrul pietonal cu multitudinea de terase și restaurante. Suntem la 7 min de Lidl(prin Parcul Central) și 15 min de gară(pe jos). Este proaspăt reabilitat și oferă tot comfortul necesar, având o curte interioară cu parcare gratuită. Poate fi o destinație pentru cei dornici de a cunoaște orașul, dar poate fi și un popas pentru drumeții de pe Via Transilvanica.
