This one room studio (no separate bedroom/kitch)in the Edwin B Forsythe National Wildlife Refuge and is a bird watchers paradise with 366 species of birds observed and documented here.Look up Edwin B Forsythe and you will see info on the visitor center with walking trails.) Steps to a private dock for crabbing, fishing or your water toys. Tranquility abounds but close to AC, Brigantine, Historic Port Republic & Smithville Village! This is a fisherman’s wharf clean and comfortable. Not fancy.

The Little House

The Little House is a quaint place to stay during your time in the South Jersey area while visiting friends/family, wineries & breweries, the beaches or the city of Philadelphia - also close to the soccer fields that host many East Coast leagues. The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!

Each sleeps 4 guests w/ 1 queen sized bed & 1 queen pull out couch, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom w/ walk-in shower. Close to the local favorite Sweetwater Marina & Riverdeck, the Lodges offer access to the Mullica & nearby kayaking, tubing and hiking!
