The home has been completely remodeled in 2022 with new kitchen, baths and finishing. Sit back and soak up paradise, on the resort’s private beach — with spectacular scuba diving and snorkeling right offshore.

Our place is a 500 square feet individual bungalow, on an acre property, located at a very short walk from Chepes beach (Utila's public beach), dive shops, restaurants and bars. However, It is well secluded from the hustle and bustle of Utila's town. It includes fast WiFi, AC, hot shower, fridge, tea coffee maker, electricity bill. We are English, Spanish, French and Danish spoken. Our place is good for couples, and solo adventurers. Coco Cabaña #2 and #3 are also available for booking.

The apartment is furnished with a queen bed, a futon, outside eating area, hot water, A/C, cable tv, WIFI, fully equipped kitchen and books to enjoy.

Palmetto is surrounded by a beautiful nature preserve, a sanctuary to several varieties of wildlife.

Ocean Palms Bungalow, 1 queen sized bedroom home, surrounded by palms, plumerias, hibiscus. Great ocean and garden views, huge covered deck. Private driveway entrance, and parking. A month or longer rentals are preferred. Ocean Palms is powered by a solar system with batteries, no power surges or outages of electricity. The Air conditioner is direct to the power company and that usage will be charged, in cash, at the end of your stay, per your usage on the separate meter for the AC.

The living area has a comfy sofa and chair with a dining room table with 4 chairs. The bedroom has a queen pillow-top bed; built-in clothes storage, quiet air conditioning and one ceiling fan. The Gecko has a private covered porch, with chairs and a view of the jungle.
