The house is in a central location for outdoor adventure lovers with plenty of hiking spots and mountain bike trails a short distance away. Local events include: The Abergavenny Food Festival, Crickhowell Walking Festival, Haye Literary Festival, The Green Man. The village is two miles away with shops and pubs.

The walk to Crickhowell is 20 minutes. Perfect base to explore local area or for walking holiday in the Bannau Brycheiniog National Park.

Whether walking, cycling or fishing the Annex is ideally located between Crickhowell and Brecon. The open plan design includes a kitchen, lounge and bedroom with an ensuite shower room. The local village pub serves great food and is only a 5 minute walk away.
