The condo has 2bd/2Bth with a sunroom/ sleeping porch (has own heat and door) overlooking the Eagle River making the 3rd bd, and a LR sofabed (new mattress and support)=sleeping 6-7 comfortably. Being on the top floor (yes stairs up) makes it sunny and quiet.. It is my Shangri La!!
