Come and relax in our cozy studio perfect for a couple. Your space is private and filled with all the ammenities you could ask for. There is a small kitchenette that is fully equipped, a living room to enjoy complimentary beverages and freshly baked cookies. The bedroom has quality sheets, darkening shades and a sound machine to help you sleep. Outside you have your own private entrance and patio for enjoying a morning of bird watching. We do live up on a hill but there is room to turn around.

Accommodations are suitable for a single person or couple visiting Asheville for vacationing pleasure, business or both. Located in a quiet neighborhood less than 4 miles from downtown and there is access to the Blue Ridge Parkway without a single traffic light. Private and secure entry is separate from main home. Spacious living room with fireplace and streaming TV for lounging. Kitchenette with self serve coffee, microwave and minifridge. Parking is easy and only steps away from the door.

You'll have a private entrance to the lower level of this north Asheville home. 2.9 miles to downtown, 0.4 miles to beautiful Beaver Lake, 1 mile to Grove Park Inn. Several excellent restaurants within 1 mile. You’ll have privacy and quiet, & off street parking.

You'll be welcomed into the space by beautiful floors made from reclaimed barn wood. An open floor plan includes the living room with 55" smart TV, kitchen and dining areas. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bedroom has a super comfy queen bed, dresser and large walk-in closet. We are 100% solar powered and offer a Level 2 EV charger for guests.

Located just one mile north of downtown Asheville. Very safe and walkable neighborhood. Steps away from an urban Greenway for dog walking and bike riding. The cottage is a separate unit with a private entrance. 400 square feet with a bathroom, kitchenette, heart of pine antique floors. We are two miles from the Grove Park Inn and four miles from the Biltmore house. The space is appropriate for two adults or one adult and one child.
