Cozy basement apartment in 50's-villa

Welcome to a nice, quiet area close to everything. The forest, Tivoli, local shops and grocery stores are all nearby. The light rail stops 5 min. from here. It will quickly take you downtown. You can also walk to get there. The apartment is in the basement with a private entrance, bathroom and (small) kitchen. Our laundry room is in the basement, but we will coordinate in advance if we need to use it (only relevant for longer stays). Fast Wifi and easy access to the highway. Free parking.

Huset ligger 150 meter fra letbanen, så du kan på ca. fem minutter komme til Odder eller på en halv times tid nå Aarhus og alle mulighederne der. Der er 7.5 km til Saksild Strand, som er kendt som en af Danmark bedste og mest børnevenlige strande. Ydermere er der kun 11 km til Moesgaard Museum, 6.5 km til fantastiske Fru Møllers Mølleri og 3.5 km til Padel Laden, som du kan booke bane og udstyr til online.

Huset ligger på en rolig villavej i et naturskønt område med masser af skov og en fantastisk badestrand 2,5 km fra huset. Vi stiller desuden en cykel til rådighed. Huset har 1 stort soveværelse med plads til 3 personer. Et gæsteværelse med plads til 1 person. 2 børneværelser. 2 badeværelser og en stor dejlig have. Toyota Aygo er mulig at leje ved ekstra betaling.

Relax alone or with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Enjoy the long views and the green surroundings. The place is 20 minutes car ride, 30 minutes bus or tram and 45 minutes bikeride from central Aarhus. Theres a 500m2 greenhouse on the plot with a dining area and gas grill, creating an forever summer garden from april to oktober. Dette skønne sommerhus har et fantastisk lysindfald fra syd og vest til det store alrum med køkken, stue og pejsestue i ét. Huset har mange hyggelige kroge inde og ude og er indrettet med både nye og gamle ting, så det er både praktisk, afslappet og hyggeligt at være i huset. Der er terrasser på alle sider og en stor have fuld af blomster og skovjordbær. Der er 5 minutters gang til den dejligste sandstrand og 25 minutters kørsel til Aarhus med Tivoli, Aros, Den Gamle By, Moesgaard osv.

Our location is close to Aarhus University and Aarhus University Hospital and in walking distance from the beautiful beach and forest. Shopping centre and direct bus line to city centre is a few minutes' walk away. Our double room is nice and quiet with private parking, private entrance, studio kitchen and private, separate bathroom. We hope that you will enjoy your stay in our house.
