The Petit Versailles 17th Century Apartment offers an exceptional experience for your stay in Paris. It is located in the heart of Paris, in the Marais district, on Rue du Temple—one of the oldest streets in the city—with an exceptional view of Temple Square. The apartment is perfectly designed for a loving couple, a writer, or a businessperson in search of inspiration and stimulation in life. Rue à sens unique, très calme Logement entier, idéalement situé au coeur du "village Jourdain » à 1 min à pied du métro Pyrénées (ligne 11), 5 min à pied de Belleville et du parc des Buttes-Chaumont. Tous les sites touristiques sont accessibles en moins de 25 min : le Louvre, l’Opéra, l’île-de-la-Cité et Notre-Dame ! Commerces à 2 pas : boulangerie, épicerie, fromager, caviste, fleuriste et restaurants.

Appartement charmant, spacieux et lumineux . Parfait pour un couple. Il est au calme, entouré de verdure et donne sur le beau parc des Buttes Chaumont. Il y fait frais en été et il est chaleureux l'hiver. Il a été rénové récemment avec des matériaux modernes et de qualité. Possibilité de venir avec un enfant. Ou 3ème personne en ajoutant un matelas dans la chambre ou le salon. Linge de lit et de toilette compris. Matériel bébé sur demande. Le quartier compte de nombreux bars et restaurants.
