The Music Inn - Entire Private Guest Suite

The Music Inn is a former recording studio and now features our new Pool, Putting Green, Bocce Court and Year Round Hot Tub. We live upstairs and love hosting our guests, who are welcome to share our new backyard! Relax in a completely private walkout basement guest suite. Includes: theater room, Gigafast wifi, Kichenette with Keurig coffee & nice variety of snacks. We are 3 mi from grocery store, 7 mi from a mall, 5 mi from downtown Franklin & 20 mi to Nashville. A cozy creekside getaway on the north side of Music City! A perfect place to relax after a busy day of sightseeing...or a long night on lower Broadway. Begin the day with a morning cup of coffee on the creekside deck and see a variety of birds and other wildlife. Historic home located in the heart of Downtown Franklin. You will have half of this century old southern charmer all to yourself. The home is divided into two units with no shared spaces. You will have your own bedroom, bathroom, parlor, and office space with a double bed...and private use of the Front Porch. The home is walking distance to Main Street with dozens of dining options, and is right in the middle of several Civil War sites. Franklin is about 30 mins from downtown Nashville.

Lower-level apartment w 2 BRs and kitchenette

This remodeled apartment is the lower half of our home. We're located about 17 miles from Broadway/Downtown in a wooded subdivision. We're 1/2 mile from a large shopping area with restaurants, grocery stores, ice rink, large theatre, and hotel. You will enter through our front door and go down 4 stairs into your unit with a well-insulated locked door. It's soundproof; you may only hear my footsteps during the day when I am working from home. Welcome to our beloved oasis!

Our 1-bedroom basement apartment features full-bath, kitchen, and a large living area. Just 10 minutes from downtown, it's set on a quiet street surrounded by nature. There is private entry, parking, and lots of personal touches. Families of students at Lipscomb, Belmont, and Vanderbilt love our proximity to the campuses. Couples love the quiet retreat from a full day of touring the city. Musicians love the upright piano and woody surroundings. And ALL are welcome!

Welcome to the guest suite at High Point Farm. A lovely suite with bathroom attached to our 160 year old Farmhouse. Our beautiful 5 acre farm is only 15-20 min from downtown and a 1/4 mile from a scenic park with hiking trails. The cottage has 2 lovely courtyard gardens with benches and tables that are wonderful in the mornings and evenings to relax in. Our suite has beautiful views and has its own outside entrance. LGBTQIA friendly.

The Sunset Shanty (420 friendly)

The sunset view from my deck is spectacular!!!! And on the inside, we'll call it "retro". My house was built in 1969, mostly original and it's quirky like all older homes. It's decorated with lava lamps and bean bags so walking into my home is like stepping back in time. It's not fancy but it's pretty cool if you're into vintage and even if you're not, the sunsets alone are worth the visit!
