The Beach House - right on the beach.

Pls read this 1st paragraph in full before booking. A quintessential beach cottage with the beach as your back yard. 3 bedrooms, timber floors, combustion fire & town just a casual 2km stroll via the beach. Pet & child friendly, heaps of extras. This place is addictive - our guests have been coming back year after year. House trained dogs welcome inside with prior approval. No fences. Single nights will oçur a $100 surcharge. $30 pet fee per dog per stay. Linen hire available, $15-20pp.

Bushland & Bay near town. 3 bdm/4 beds

I can offer a 3 bedoom house in North Batemans Bay NSW. It is a lovely 20 minute walk to town and a few minutes drive. It is situatedoin a large private block with plenty of wildlife. Neutral colours and matching decor. I live in a separate private dwelling on the property. Beaches are 10 min drive with a pleasant 25 minute walk to town. I can offer extra space for 7 people on request, however, it'd be a sofa bed in the loungeroom. At this time, it is strictly 6 people. Lots of wildlife!

Studio Cottage on farm with river views

Nestled in the Benandarah State Forest, on 52 private hectares of pasture, is Biddie's Farm Cottage. With beautiful views of the Cyne Mallows river which runs off from the Clyde, this vintage cottage was built from timber found on the farm and reclaimed planks from a 100 year old shack from Bega. Biddies is full of cosy country comforts including a/c, column heater for winter, and a 40 inch smart TV. The queen size bed is a vintage brass frame. There is the farm to explore and river access.

Bawley Beachcomber

'Bawley Beachcomber' is a classic Australian beach house with retro styling. Perched in the trees, the house enjoys an elevated position and is less than 100 metres from the dog-friendly Cormorant beach. Enjoy waking up to the sound of waves! Bawley Point is a hidden gem. Nestled between two national parks with three stunning beaches to choose from, you can enjoy surfing, bush walks, or simply relaxing on the beach with a good book. We hope you enjoy the bawley beach vibe as much as we do!

Owl Nest

Owl Nest is located next to our home with its own secure contained yard. It is situated on two and a half acres of landscaped gardens. Enjoy a private setting with abundant local wildlife greeting you as you sit back on your private deck enjoying a fresh brewed coffee or drink. I have provided many additional items to enable a pleasant stay and Im happy for you to bring your house trained dog. However I need to know if you bring pets, bring their bedding along. Pet fee, $20 for their stay.

Beachfront - Malua Bay

This classic 1970s beach shack has been lovingly updated throughout, combining the laid-back feel of the original home with modern design and comforts. You can’t help but relax here. Glimpses of the turquoise water filter in through almost every window. Meander down the private stairs to the beach and you’re in the water. Pet Friendly Summer Beachside Bushland Hideaway

Welcome to your secluded and dog friendly beachside escape! Tucked away on a small headland boasting the quiet and hidden Circuit Beach, this beachside delight is your little piece of paradise on the south coast! This private, huge bush block boasting an array of native delights with full grown spotted gums, banksias and spectacular birdlife is just a 250m stroll to the beach. It features 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and 2 separate living areas, one especially for the kids (or kids at heart).

2 bedroom fully self contained unit with dog safe yard 150m from dog friendly beach. Walk to beautiful Durras Lake where you can hire kayaks and SUP boards. Murramerang Resort a 5 minute drive away with bar, take away and restaurant. 15 km from Batemans Bay with excellent facilities, restaurants, clubs, fishing charters and shopping centre. Mogo is 25 minutes away, with Mogo zoo and interesting shops, or you can laze around at the Burrabri Lane Beach House, with Netflix, Prime and WiFi.

Kid friendly home with a large deck for entertaining. Stand up paddle board available for use, portable cot, kids toys, and games on site. 5 minute walk to the lake, 15 minute walk to beach and a short drive to Ulladulla, Mollymook & Milton. **3rd bedroom is by request only**

ShoreBreak

Make some memories at this unique, cosy beach house. Only 200 metres from beautiful Surfside Beach. ShoreBreak is one of the last few authentic 1960s beach houses. Only a short walk from Cullendulla Reserve offering secluded beach, bush and mangrove walks. The yard is completely fenced off and the house is only 300 metres from a Dog Friendly beach, so ideal for dog owners. Surfside is only five minutes drive from shops, cafes and restaurants in Batemans Bay.
