Die Vermieterin wohnt im selben Haus. Die optimale Lage beim idyllischen Naturschutzgebiet "Völsersee" überzeugt auch durch die nahe Lage an das abwechslungsreiche Stadtleben Innsbrucks. Wer sich in den Bergen und der Natur wohl fühlt, die Stadt aber nicht missen möchte, ist hier genau richtig.

Skigebiete und weitere Ausflugsziele sind unkompliziert und schnell erreichbar. Trotz zentraler Nähe zur Innenstadt bietet die Umgebung viele Möglichkeiten zur Naherholung.
