The charming cottage features warm wood floors, two inviting bedrooms downstairs, along with a spacious living area and a well-equipped kitchen. An additional bedroom upstairs offers extra comfort and privacy, accommodating at least two guests, and a beautiful view of the outdoor splendor.

This one level newly remodeled home is located in the heart of Clemmons, NC. Located in between Interstate 40 and Hwy 421 off Lewisville Clemmons Road. 15 minutes to BB&T Soccer Park, Tanglewood, WinMock and downtown Winston Salem. This house is a great place to stay when visiting either Wake Forest Baptist Hospital or Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center. It is one level and wheelchair accessible. It is a pet and smoke free house in a quiet neighborhood.

This cottage has all the modern amenities while still retaining it's 1940's cottage charm. The kitchen has been completely remodeled and has all the appliances you would need. The living room and each bedroom have a TV with an antennae and access to your streaming services such as Roku, Prime, and Sling.
