Sie wohnen mitten im Grünen. Von der Unterkunft aus können Sie direkt eine schöne Wanderung zum Hausberg der „Kampenwand“ starten o. Sie genießen einfach mal am Chiemsee, den Sie in 10min (Pkw), 15min (Rad) erreichen. Von dort aus gelangen Sie mit der Fähre zur Frauen- & Herreninsel. Für Romantiker & Pferdeliebhaber bieten wir Kutschfahrten an. Partys sind bei uns nicht gestattet, da wir mit im selben Haus wohnen. Für einen erholsamen Freizeiturlaub freuen wir uns Sie bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen.

Unser sehr helles, idyllisches und ruhig gelegenes Apartement liegt im Erdgeschoss unseres Hauses und hat direkten Zugang zu Ihrem Terrassenanteil und dem Garten. Die neuwertige Wohnung ist ländlich modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Frasdorf liegt zu Füßen der Chiemgauer Berge, eingebettet in die sanften Hügel des Voralpenlandes. Nur acht Kilometer vom Chiemsee und Simssee entfernt. Zentral zwischen München und Salzburg und fernab von Hektik und Stress und das zu jeder Jahreszeit.

MY STAY: Erlebnishof zwischen Chiemsee und Bergen

Ein besonderes Erlebnis: Dieses Eco-Apartment befinden sich direkt auf dem Erlebnishof "Sepp'n-Bauer" am Chiemsee - verschiedene Tiere von Klein bis Groß, Hofführungen, Kutschfahrten und vieles mehr. Hier wird Erholung in der Natur mit schönen Momenten auf einem landwirtschaftlichem Gut verbunden! Mit Hofladen im EG. Hinweis: Wir selbst sind nicht die Betreiber des Hofes! Es handelt sich um zwei separate Wohnungen im selben Haus, die gemeinsam für größere Gästegruppen gebucht werden können.

Our shared garden with a goldfish pond and Alpine views is reached via a short outside path around the house; there is no private terrace or direct garden access.

Our apartment Edelweiss in Bernau am Chiemsee is cozily furnished, quietly located and ideal for 1-2 people. The apartment has a balcony with a view of the green and a free parking space. Shopping facilities as well as gastronomy are in the immediate neighborhood. The Chiemsee and numerous leisure opportunities are only a few minutes walk away. The apartment is perfectly connected by the neighboring train station and the A8 Autobahn.

Im Haus leben wir mit zwei lieben Hunden. Vor Ort erheben wir die obligatorische Kurtaxe in bar: Personen ab 16 Jahren: 2 Euro pro Nacht. Kinder (6- einschl. 15): 1 Euro pro Nacht.

Numerous restaurants provide local and international cuisine for every kind of taste. Here you can spend your holidays in a rural and traditional atmosphere. My accommodation is suitable for couples, travelers and families with children and small groups.
