In summer enjoy the countless hiking trails; in winter we are perfectly placed in-between the ski areas of Murren-Schilthorn AND Wengen-Grindelwald. Der Standort ist sehr gut mit ÖV und Auto erreichbar. Das Chalet liegt am Ende des Dorfkerns, nur circa 300m von der Talstation der Firstgondel entfernt. Eine Talabfahrt des First-Skigebiets endet 200m von der Wohnung entfernt. Eine eigene Garage mit Lademöglichkeit für Elektroautos sehen wir als zusätzliches Plus.

Das Studio ist einfach, vollständig und zweckmässig ausgerüstet und verfügt über eine offene Küche, ein Badezimmer, sowie Schlafmöglichkeiten für 2-4 Personen (Doppelbett und Schlafsofa für max 2 Personen). Grosse Fenster ermöglichen es, auch im Studio das herrliche Panorama zu geniessen.

Schöne Sicht auf den Brienzeree und das Alpenpanorama. Ruhig gelegen, mitten im historischen Dorfteil von Brienz. Garten darf mitbenützt werden. Fünf Minuten zu Einkaufsmöglichkeit und zum West Bahnhof. Busstation 2 Minuten. Seepromenade 2 Minuten.
