The Nest - Berry - self contained garden apartment

The Nest is a peaceful & private self-contained space, tucked away at the back of the property, and only a 5 minute stroll into town. All ground level, the Guest Apartment has its own private entrance, and consists of two spacious areas. The main lounge room is a large open plan space with kitchenette - including tea & coffee making facilities - then a separate generous sized bedroom with Queen bed and renovated ensuite bathroom. Pet friendly with fully enclosed fence.

This purpose built 3 bedroom cottage is nestled in the foothills of the south coast only 5 minutes fro, Gerringong, where some of the most breathtaking hikes and views meet some of the worlds most spectacular beaches. Relax by the open fire, or catch the next wave, Girrakool Grove offers all the luxuries of coastal life tucked away in prime farmland.

Need to be house trained and well behaved. The small Cottage yard has pebbled stones. No grass area, though there is a back gate opening onto a small park.

Our country style home is situated within an easy 8 minute walk to Berry village ,close to the train station and a 5 minute drive to the beach. Your private accommodation on the ground floor at the rear of our home provides the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. Berry township offers great cafes, restaurants, wineries and abundant shopping opportunities and is surrounded by beautiful countryside.
