Ein Essbereich für 6 Personen und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Inklusive WLAN, SmartTV. Ein KOSTENLOSer öffentlicher Parkplatz neben dem Haus. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto von der Hauptstadt. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus. Ich bin als Gastgeber sehr gut erreichbar da ich im gleichen Gebäude wohne.

Nous sommes ravis de vous accueillir dans ce superbe appartement NEUF de 70m2 de surface habitable comprenant 30m2 de terrasses en rez de jardin et 2 parkings privatifs. Il y a 2 chambres, 3 grands lits, 3 smart tv jusqu’à 6 personnes. La chambre verte est équipée d’un lit électrique de 160cm par 200cm. La chambre bleue comprend au choix: 2 lits jumeaux électriques de 80 cm ou un grand lit double de 160cm. Le salon comprend un canapé en cuir convertible haut de gamme de 160 cm par 200cm.

Situé au centre de Manom, notre appartement vous attend pour la semaine ou le week-end. Adapté aussi bien aux travailleurs qu'aux touristes, vous serez à proximité de Metz, du Luxembourg, et de la Sarre. Pour les amateurs de vélo, les berges de la Moselle vous permettront de rejoindre l'Allemagne ou encore Metz. Pour le travail, vous êtes à 10 min de Cattenom et à 30km du Luxembourg. The Penthouse is surrounded by two big terraces perfect to enjoy the sunsets.

Profitez d'un logement élégant et central. En plein centre ville, à deux pas des commerces, et des transports en communs. Notre appartement se situe juste derrière le parc de Dudelange et non loin de salles de sport et piscines. Possibilités de parking dans la rue ou sur parkings publics avoisinants. Néanmoins, vu le caractère central de l'appartement, un véhicule n'est pas nécessaire. Possibilité de louer un garage box fermé.

Bienvenue au Studio René ! Cosy et élégant, il rendra votre séjour à Metz très confortable. Situé dans un quartier près du centre de Metz, vous pourrez vous garer gratuitement au pied de l'immeuble. Le studio est parfaitement équipé que vous y restiez une nuit ou une semaine, c'est comme à l'hôtel mais en mieux. Tout équipé, ce studio refait à neuf saura accueillir jusqu'à 2 adultes et un bébé (équipement bébé sur demande).

Bright and cosy studio with stunning views

This studio of very recent construction (less than two years) is bright and spacious, in perfect condition and fully furnished. There is a big walk-in shower and a new kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, oven and microwave. It has a terrace from which you'll enjoy lovely sunsets over the entire valley! Ideal as a first temporary stay when moving to Luxembourg and great option to telework with high-speed internet.

2 rooms in high standard - next to city centre

Important: There is no possibility to register in local commune during your stay. Address is blocked for this purpose as it's short term stay. In case of prolongation/ longer term stay a regular contract with registration is optional. It's located in a newly renovated duplex. It’s on the top floor and separated from the rest of the apartment which guarantees you privacy.
