Located in the historic town of Hedon, this beautiful grade 2 listed cottage has been tastefully and sympathetically renovated. The cottage is centrally located in Hedon and is walking to distance to local pubs, resteraunts, cafes, shops and other local amenities The property boasts a fitted wood burner for those cozy nights in, central heating, fitted kitchen with integrated washer, fridge, hob and oven, new bathroom and 2 double bedrooms. We now have free WiFi and Smart TV for all to enjoy.

The cottage has a spacious outdoor area with a BBQ and fire pit. It's a 15 to 20 minute walk into town, shops, restaurants, pubs etc. Beach access very close.

Set at the top of the village green with views of Sheriff Hutton Castle, our cottage is a luxurious rural retreat, furnished by an interior designer. The village has strong connections with Richard III, and is ideally situated to explore medieval York, Castle Howard, the North York Moors or the Yorkshire coast. There is a shop/Post Office, and walking routes right outside the door. The village pub, The Highwayman, serves good pub grub.

L'aal Cottage is situated in the village of Reighton close to the fabulous Reighton Sands, Bempton Cliffs & Filey. Approx 10 mins to Bridlington and 20 mins to Scarborough. The Yorkshire Coast is at your disposal including the North Yorkshire Moors. The cottage has been converted to bijou accommodation a high standard. A secluded garden for you to enjoy with hot tub Ideal for walkers and cyclists. Bikes available upon request.

Including Scarborough, Bridlington, Filey, Whitby, also york,Malton , Beverly, Yorkshire moors, and RSPB bempton cliffs. Spend your days walking on the beach or moors and wolds, then enjoy a drink at our village pub, then back to the cottage to sit by the log burner.
