Welcome to Northam Nook, my beautiful cottage set in the centre of the coastal village of Northam. A mile from Westward Ho! with sandy beach. Close to the quaint fishing village of Appledore, with it’s bustling quayside and ferry across to Instow. A 10 minute walk to the coast path. The cottage is ideal for couples, families and friends any time of the year. Northam with it’s shops, fish & chips, Chinese take away, pubs and restaurants, is a great base to explore the wonderful North Devon Coast.

Warm and cosy with underfloor heating, this delightful studio is situated in a private lane just one minute’s walk from The Tarka Trail and Braunton Burrows Biosphere and a 10 min walk to centre of Braunton. Perfect for a couples getaway to this fabulous area. Rose Studio has a fully equipped kitchen which includes full sized oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and washing machine. Recently renovated, this cosy, dog-friendly retreat is perfect for couples or small families seeking a relaxed coastal escape. Dogs are welcome throughout, including upstairs, with treats provided. Little Hoops, converted barn close to coast

Little Hoops is just perfect for a break away whatever time of the year. Cool in the summer and cosy warm with underfloor heating in the cooler months. It has amazing old beams and thick character walls. Inside you’ll find everything you need for your stay. Although it is across from the drive of our house you will have total privacy with the bonus of us being on hand if needed. Pub nearby, shops 5 mins drive and the coast 10mins away. Our grandchildren say it’s a bit of heaven in Devon!

Rear garden is decked for sitting and eating outside. Private parking space (rare) at back of property. Appledore has much to offer families and adults alike. Walking trails, beach, burrows, crabbing etc. Guests can also enjoy discounted beauty and massage treatments with Julie if available

Dummett Cottage is a Grade 2 listed 3 bedroom fishing cottage with an incredible garden backing directly onto the Taw-Torridge estuary. Sit on the patio and watch beautiful sunsets over the Atlantic as fishing boats and yachts sail by. Set on one of Appledore's oldest streets, and dating from around 1700, Dummett Cottage is one of the original houses built in Appledore. From the inglenook fireplace to the exposed beams and arches, this cottage is full of character and history.
