Condo situé près du Parc National de Manuel Antonio, avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la Baie et le Parc. 2 chambres CLIMATISÉ avec lit queen, salle de bain privée. Restaurants, épiceries, liquor store, centre de yoga, pharmacie, ATM et boutiques souvenirs, à deux minutes de marches. Arrêt d'autobus et taxi disponible. Accès à la plage en 20 min. a pied. Conseils d'experts sur les meilleurs restaurants et excursions d'aventure. Nous ne sommes pas à QUEPOS mais bien au sommet de MANUEL ANTONIO.

Cute 2 bedroom villa with some of the BEST views in Manuel Antonio!! Easy to find property, car recommended but not necessary. 10 minute walk of 2 of the best beaches in Manuel Antonio, Playa Biesanz and Playitas. Perfect for 2 couples, fully equipped large kitchen, large living room. On 2 levels with plenty of private spaces for relaxing. 5 minute drive to the public beach. Air conditioning is not needed,cool ocean breezes are very refreshing. Must climb 3 flights of stairs to get to the house.

Paradise Found

You will love our rustic Costa Rican home on a quiet stretch of beach. Two roomy upstairs bedrooms have private full baths. The third has a half bath. Downstairs has open floor plan. Great outdoor covered patios are featured both upstairs and downstairs. The refreshing pool can be enjoyed by all. A separate detached bedroom with double bed, half bath, and airconditioning is available for an extra $20 daily. The caretaker can make arrangements to have someone come in a prepare some meals.

Walk to the beach! Villa Tierra is located right on the border of the beach protected zone, making it one of the closest places you can stay to the beach! Right now we have some construction nearby, so we are offering HUGE discounts. Once in a lifetime chance to get right on the beach without the 500/night price tag! Construction is usually from 8-5 Monday to Friday, so you can enjoy the beach or the area during the day, and then relax after dark listening to nothing but the ocean.

Retrouvez vos proches dans cette Villa construite en 2023 ! Ideal pour les familles ou petits groupes. A moins de 5 min de la mer en auto et plusieurs restaurant a proximité, Maxpali a 7 min... bref super localisation. Les chiens sont les bienvenus ! Veuillez noter que le terrain n'est pas clôturé, donc veuillez attacher vos animaux lorsqu'ils sont seuls. Il y a beaucoup d'ombre sur le terrain, et un frais de ménage de 15 $ par animal par séjour est applicable.
